Passed by the border at around 6... the journey was descent and very relaxed and by 7 was in Zeerust doing shopping for the weekend (food), since was gonna stay in a self catering farm house (Botshabelo). It was getting a lil dark so fast that i started to feel a lil afraid since i was never to that place before... Directions were given but not very specific so had to really watch out... Luckily got the correct turn out of the N4 road and by then it was around 8. Got lost on the way and found us in wrong farm but luckily the BIG BOER MAN was so nice and showed the way and finally were in it (botshabelo guest farm). Nice house i must say... check it out
the nite was so PERFECT... (need i say more)
The following Morning it was hitting the road to HAARTBEESPOORT dam and mmmm......
That was very amazing.... I have never felt so relaxed, i mean being around so may animals, the snake park and the boat cruising was just out of this world.
SUNDAY
Visited Santa at the information center, a very helpful woman indeed (thanks for the welcom session(a glass of mampore with honey)), got a few old books to read and guess whta the trip wouldn't have been completed without getting a bottle of MAMPORE, (ask mi)...
